I enjoy being a tutor because I believe that I excel at helping struggling students achieve the grades they desire. It brings me great satisfaction to help students push themselves to the next level. For the past four years, I have worked as an English Tutor at my university's Writing Center. In this role, I coached students one-on-one in order to help them improve their reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills. My job was to edit students' papers so that they could receive A-level grades, and to teach them how to produce A-level essays on their own. In my four years at the Writing Center, 100% of my students passed their individual exit exams - proving that they were writing at a college-appropriate level.

In my personal time, I am heavily involved in my university's Enactus organization - a team dedicated to solving global problems through the scope of business. I have traveled across the nation giving presentations of our team's accomplishments to executives from Fortune 500 companies. I enjoy traveling immensely, having recently visited France, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and Bangladesh. I also enjoy attending concerts and music festivals, and both playing and watching sports.
